Back in 2012, Potomac Plumbing & Gas, a licensed Master Plumber & Gasfitter with over 20 years of experience, saw a glaring gap in the local service industry. Too many plumbing companies were focused on quick fixes, not customer care.

I have been looking for a reliable plumber for many years and I believe I have found one with Potomac Plumbing & Gas. We had the pilot light go out on our old water heater. Brandon came out within a few hours after my call. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and provide a very detailed estimate on a new and improved water heater. Brandon and team were able to come back and install the new water heater that same day. During the installation they found a small leak coming from a pipe in our utility closet. Brandon and team were able to identity the source and have it repaired same day. The whole team is friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber in the area.

After meeting with several companies, we went with PP&G to replace our leaking water heater. They were, without question, the most responsive and helpful company we spoke with. Zach and Matt worked quickly and cleanly but took the necessary time to answer our questions. Again, we felt heard and understood. I am confident in the quality of their work and would gladly work with them again on another project.

Installed a gas shutoff valve and regulator inside house for service upgrade. Very professional, showed me exactly what they were going to do. After completing their work the technicians waited until gas company had completed service upgrade then did a thorough leak check and restarted all gas appliances.

Potomac Plumbing came to my house to assess an issue with water leaking. The leakage turned out not to be a plumbing issue. Potomac Plumbing employees were very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.

Once again, a stellar experience with Potomac Plumbing. Brandon, Zack and their team took excellent care in diagnosing the plumbing issues I was having and came up with a sound and cost-effective way to solve the issue which was causing water to back fill into the sink on occasion. They also installed a new sump pump in this older house of mine, and even took a call from me one night when the alarm went off unexpectedly. Everyone on their team is courteous, professional, and truly work to listen so they can work to solve the issue at hand. Their efforts and their professionalism keep them as my only contact under Plumbers. Not only that - I always love supporting a family-owned business as well. Thankful to have them as part of the local community.
